The reality is more complex. In this article, I&#8217;ll explain what electrical preparation is needed to create a safe and long-term reliable electric heating system, and when it&#8217;s worth calling an electrician.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Why Is It Not Enough to Simply Plug It In?<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A single lower-powered (500\u20131000 W) heating panel can indeed work from an existing socket \u2013 temporarily. However, safe operation requires proper electrical preparation: dedicated circuits for heating, properly sized wiring, RCD and circuit breaker installation, fixed wiring for a permanent aesthetic
